HEADSPACES aka "IN YOUR IMAGINATION"

Presented at ROY G BIV, I was paired alongside 4 artists; Dillon Beck, Shawn Campbell, and Will Wilson to fill the gallery and showcase new bodies of work that include paintings, drawings, and sculpture work.  

SHOW STATEMENT - 

 SOLE, my character often depicted wearing a red and white striped shirt, embarks on the journey of self-discovery. Sole, while in pursuit of creative ideas and charting the dark recesses of our imagination, meets face-to-face with the fantastic beasts and surreal situations of our subconscious. Beasts depicted in mythological stories often embody both the beautiful and the frightening nature of the unknown. Beasts uncovered during my painting process depict the mystery that is our creative consciousness, allowing or denying the passage to our greatest ideas
